The thecleova.com website (the “Site”) is operated by Cleova (“Cleova”). These terms apply to everyone who visits and uses the Site. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about the Cleova brand and its products. No sales, payments or orders are made on the Site; for sales and contact information about the products, please use Cleova’s official contact channels.
3. Product information and health
- Product descriptions, routines and Journal articles on the Site are for general information only and are not medical or personal dermatological advice.
- Before using a product, read the ingredient list and directions on the pack. A patch test on a small area is recommended for sensitive skin; if irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a specialist.
- Product images are illustrative; packaging, colour and contents may vary slightly due to production. The information on the product pack prevails.
- Product information, prices and availability may change without notice.

All texts, photographs, logos, the “Cleova” and “A Touch of Beauty” marks, design and software on the Site belong to Cleova or its licensors and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Except for personal, non-commercial use, they may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without written permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link are permitted.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in line with these terms, and not to interfere with its operation, compromise its security or collect data from it by unauthorised automated means (scraping).
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites such as Instagram. We have no control over and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
7. Limitation of liability
We take care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date; however, the Site is provided “as is” and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction. The rights of users acting as consumers under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.
